Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting establishes your consent to acknowledge the revised Terms.
Users agree that TheChipRide reserves the right to collect and store the personal information of its users. TheChipride believes in maintaining our client’s trust and confidentiality. Personal information will not be released regarding our clients/users until and unless we receive a court order or a police permit from the governing authorities in case of a criminal investigation, personal injury or property damage.
TheChipRide provides a platform that allows users to arrange transportation at their convenience. You may arrange transportation and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers of such services, including independent third-party transportation providers and independent third-party logistics providers under agreement with TheChipRide or its affiliates (“Third Party Providers”). Users must acknowledge that the Services established by TheChipRide are provided for non-commercial use, unless stated in separate written agreement with you. YOU AGREE THAT THECHIPRIDE DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES. ALL SUCH TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES ARE BROUGHT TO YOU BY INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY THECHIPRIDE.
Users are not allowed to delete, discard, or remove any copyright, trademark, labels under TheChipRide Services. Under no circumstances you are allowed to recreate, alter, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or abuse the Services. Users may not reverse engineer or disperse the Services unless acceptable by the appropriate law. You may not emulate, frame or copy any part of the Services.
The Services provided to you are accessed in connection with third party services. You acknowledge that TheChipRide does not regulate the content and that various terms of use and privacy policies may be issued to your use of such third-party services and content. TheChipRide cannot be held accountable for the content, products or services of the third-party providers.
User Accounts.
Users must be at least 16 years of age in order to create an Account with TheChipRide. Personal information including your name, address, cell phone number, and age would be required to register for an account. Users must provide correct information in order to obtain an Account. Providing false information of any sort may lead to termination of our Services. Users are accountable for all the activities that takes place under their Account and must maintain the privacy (including username and password) of their account. You may create one account per person.
Users are not allowed to authorize, assign or transfer their account to third parties or any other person. You may only use the Services for legitimate purposes and not engage in harmful behaviours such as transporting illegal or perilous objects. While using our Services, you may not cause any sort of inconvenience or property damage to us, the Third-Party Provider or any other party involved. TheChipRide reserves the right to ask you to provide us with proof of identification in order to use our Services. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of our Services.
Users must acknowledge that using our Services will result in charges that you must pay immediately for the services or products that you attain from a Third Party Provider (“Charges ”). Once you have received services or products by using our Service, TheChipRide will notify you of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third-Party Provider and collect the payment. Charges will include all applicable taxes and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by TheChipRide.
At any given point, TheChipRide reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any given services or products received by using the Services. We may provide promotional offers and/or discounts from time to time which will be listed on our website. Users must acknowledge that discounts and promotional offers have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges administered to you. Users will be held accountable for the expenses of repair and damage of Third-Party Provider vehicles if the damage is a result of their misconduct.

THECHIPRIDE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MOREOVER, THECHIPRIDE PROVIDES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE ABOUT THE AUTHENTICTY, COMPETENCE, CONSISTENCY, ACCESIBILITY, AND QUALITY OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTES PROVIDED TO YOU BY USING OUR PLATFORM. ADDITIONALLY, USERS MUST ACKNOWLDGE THAT THE ONUS IS ON THEM FOR ANY MISHAP OCCURRING DUE TO THEIR USE OF THE SERVICES OR BY PURCHASING ANY OF THE PRODUCTS.
THECHIPRIDE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR IN SOME CASES SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OCCURRING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES OR BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THECHIPRIDE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITY OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM ANY FORM OF EXCHANGE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER.WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES TAKING PLACE. ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE INCOMPETENCE AND QUALITY OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE AFFILIATED THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THECHIPRIDE IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SERVICE, PRODUCT OR LOGISTICS SERVICES BROUGHT TO YOU BY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS. FURTHERMORE, THECHIPRIDE’S OFFICERS, ASSOCIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, RESULTING FROM UTILIZING OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD PARTIES.
